Parking SignCustomer Car Parking is free for up to 3 hours at Newnham Court Shopping Village. If you exceed the free parking allowance you agree to pay £100.

CCTV and patrols are used to determine the length of your stay, and all charges applied are daily and no limit is applied to the maximum charge. We may apply to the DVLA to request the registered keeper information in order to send a PCN (Parking Charge Notice).

To deter abuse of the free parking at Newnham Court Shopping Village, these terms apply at all times.

Please note:
The land at Newnham Court Shopping Village is private property and customer parking is free at the discretion of the Centre Management. Due notice is amply provided in areas that will result in a charge if you overstay the stated time limit.

By entering the location and by staying at the site you contract and consent to these and the additional terms and conditions of the car park listed below.

Free Customer Parking (up to 3 hours)

  • Car Parking at Newnham Court Shopping Village is entirely at your own risk
  • No overnight parking except on the authority of Centre Management
  • To not park in a manner that causes an obstruction to other users
  • To park wholly within an authorised and marked parking bay
  • Marked disabled bays are for disabled badge holders only
  • A valid disabled badge must be clearly displayed at all times
  • No parking on yellow or solid white lines
  • A valid permit must be displayed where required

    • By failing to comply with any of these conditions you agree to pay a Parking Charge Notice of £100, reduced to £50 if paid within 14 days.
